For Sale: Two cheap old steel frames - 54x54 and 50x55

I need to abandon a couple of projects due to lack of time and funds, so have two frames for sale that I bought off here. I'm selling at a loss, so please don't feel obliged to haggle!

First is a 50x55 black frame with chrome forks, frame labelled as 531, long campagnolo dropouts and campagnolo headset, includes a smooth BB. Paint is a bit haphazard but the frame seems sound. Nice lugs. £60.SOLD

The other is a 54cm frame, also with slightly fancy lugs. Not sure about tubes, but it's light. Painted in sparkly slate blue. No forks, headset or BB. It came with a certain amount of water inside it, and I think a new owner would do well to slosh some framesaver around inside. Having said that, there are no signs of problem rust, just some crumbs of rust showing up in the BB shell which I feel I ought to mention. £40

OK, no interest at the original prices so it's clearance sale time!

£60 for the black frame and forks, and I can include a crankset and R540 pedals.

Delivery/postage at cost, which would be free if it's within reasonable distance of central or SE London.

what size wheels do they take,mate?

They'll both take 700c or 27" with 120mm spacing. Would you like me to measure the brake drop at front and rear? Should be able to manage that this evening.

Measuring done:

Black frame with chrome forks has a drop (at front and back) of 53mm from the centre of the bolt hole to the middle of the braking surface on a 700c wheel, so on a 27" wheel that would be about 49mm.

Blue frame has a drop of 63mm on the back on a 700c wheel, so that's into Acor/Alhonga territory (assuming you're running a rear brake, that is)

Dibs on the 50x55 until the end of tomorrow looking for the empty wallet....

Black frame now sold, the blue one is reduced to £35.

I've had a look at P4D for quotes and, allowing enough for packaging, it's likely to be £15 at least.

Anyone want this for £30? Last effort before it goes to another place...
