  • My bike got stolen from work the other day and I'm now too scared to lock up there. Until the impracticalities of this hit me and I start riding again, I'm considering running to and from work. Which would be about 17 miles a day.

    Is this likely to break me in any way? I can run in fine but I've never really tried there and back repeatedly. I'm quite slow, so unlikely to tire myself out too much, but I don't want to knacker my knees from excessive pounding.

    Anyone do similar?
