Not much to say. Unknown make.
Has been pawdercoated i think. Usual scratches and rubs from use and storage. I never got round to building this up and has been in my hallway for over a year.
Has Gipiemme 1" head set and a shimano bb. Both seem fine.
There is fixture for gear shifter on one side of the down tube only so guessing this may have been a gear hubed town bike.
