don't you hate it when sellers on ebay write this kind of massive guff at the end of a listing
it's as if they really don't want to be doing this job they make money from and it's all a huge favour that we the buying public are lucky to receive. they also put in totally illogical and unenforceable terms basically saying you can't have your money back unless you extract it from their tight dead claws.
why even bother

if you're going to write something and use it as standard for every listing, how much extra effort is the odd line break or paragraph. jeez

" you do not have the right to copy, reproduce any image or wording in this listing without my permission. you have no rights to post the links in any forums for discussion without my permission this includes facebook and twitter."
Oooh, you're in trouble now...

From same post
"sometimes an item i sell as used will be broken. so i would like to stress this item is sold for its decorative and novelty rather than its intended original function"
OK, who wants some wall art then?

Perhaps we should nuke his inbox with messages requesting his permission to use any or all of the letters of the English alphabet seeing as he appears to have claimed copyright over most of them in his page.

i mean even 99 quid is ok for components?Pretty sure this was listed before. Impossible not to remember the "rair" and "bit were chain goes around and bit of frame needs bending a bit easy "

I love those legally watertight contractual clauses that start with "sometimes".

i mean even 99 quid is ok for components? The description on this was hilarious. EG:
the only thing that needs fixing is the bit were chain goes around and bit of frame needs bending a bit easy repair
Whole mech-hanger and rear mech looked like they'd been savaged by a robot.
Still, someone will make a pretty penny selling on the components after they've binned the frame. -

Can't copy URL, but if anyone after a nice titanium road bike, there's a Lynskey Cooper, 105' with Aksiums, Apex and low mileage on the bay for £1000 BIN. Seems a good deal.
