Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

cycling is a rush and cycling fast and possibly dangerously is extremely thrilling although obviously a bad idea when it comes to safety I will always choose fun over safety.
as to the danger to pedestrians or other road users I guess pedestrians should stay on the pavement and us on the road and all should be safe, we're also the weakest on the road so no worry for cars

I agree. Pedestrians should never be allowed to cross the road, ever.
