Right so upon closer inspection it turns out its actually fixed/freewheel (how i didnt already know this off the top of my head i dont know, but i automatically presumed it was fixed/fixed)
However, i've just removed the Lockring and Cog and the threads are like new still underneath:
(the grey stuff is park tools ASC (anti seize compound))
