Is that an actual fact or do other newer facilities have investment and/or build/regeneration costs sat in their P&L's? Thinking about somewhere like Hogg Hill, the running costs must be pretty small if the work is done and paid for, the frequency and participation of races must surely pay for the upkeep of that small building?
