James I got a Dolan pre-cursa direct from Dolan about a year ago. It came with a headset, but you fit it yourself. The only thing I had to do was cut the forks to size. It is an integrated headset, so you do not need a headset press. I cut my forks myself with a good hacksaw blade. Piece of piss to do.
