So in summary to this guy's opinion, there are three types of people:
Cyclists who obey the rules of the road, keep quiet, know their place and don't get uppity about issues like 'safety'.
Cyclists who flagrantly abuse the rules of the road, and these are the types who campaign for better conditions for cyclists and escalate the 'war on the motorist' (is that even still a thing?).
Non-cyclists, who all universally hate both of the above and anything done to benefit them.
