I saw a very large, possibly 62cm dark blue Claude Butler conversion with a Brooks saddle being sold by a 5ft5 Turkish dude on Brick Lane on Sunday. It was bought by a very tall man who was wearing a cricket jumper. It was totally stolen.
It's been a long time since I've been to Brick Lane and it's worse now than ever. Pretty much everything there is stolen. Guys would just keep going and getting bikes from somewhere and selling them one by one. Mostly bright red super new Specialized road bikes.... Insane.... so many rattle-canned fixes too....
