Food at the Maypole (your destination?) is actually really good, plus you can have BEER. Lasagne easily enough of a carrot for 60 miles.
EDIT - looks like you're aiming for Devonshire Arms? Also a very very good pub. There's a curry house around the corner which is probably Cambridge's best - the Kohinoor.
