Not talking about the stem - I am referring to the head-tube. The height of the stem is subective, no?
Anyway, could you measure the seat-tube centre (of botton bracket) to top (of top-tube), if you'd be so kind? It's the way I roll, measurement wise.
Oh - the standover would be helpful while you're at it.
