Just tried gtav online - got the intro which didn't happen for me last time, but it fails to launch the first session so I can't do anything. Balls. Will try again tomorrow before all the kids get home from school and hammer the servers.

Since I now have a mac, are there actually any decent games I can play?

I had a brief fling with the few things in my steam library that were mac compatible, but then gave in and installed windows on bootcamp so I can play proper games. Currently enjoying crysis, which I can finally run on high settings with decent framerate. yay!

Imac or laptop? I have cod4 for the Imac and it is awesome, as it should be. Online is good fun. I recently joined a clan...really nice people...all over the world that just play with the same name.

oh, I'm a SCEE PS3 beta tester so yes. pretty much automatically. Been beta testing games since Sony announced the network adapter for the PS2 in 2002. It's only first party games normally.

I didn't get into Namco's private beta since that wasn't handled by Sony but looking forward to the DS2 one. And one I can talk about since it has no NDA.

GTA V on line is mad fun.

Apparently Rockstar are releasing an update today in order to fix a lot of the multiplayer problems so come tonight/ tomorrow you should be able to have a nice game.
