Nice offer but it shouldn't be about ability; first-come first-served is more objective. Martin and ritah said they wanted to play ages ago. Nainesh and Igor only recently, and at the same time...
Ultimately, I don't mind who plays (so long as I do!) and swapping players should be fine.
