That looks and sounds absolutely incredible! Mmmmmm. I guess my problem is I won't need anything like that much mince and can't freeze anything - not sure if they'd be so happy doing a bespoke mince for 400g? I guess the solution is just invite some mates over and go for a kilo. Just found out that there's a ginger pig close-ish to my work, so might pop up at lunchtime and try their 'standard' mince tonight, just to see what the quality's like compared to HGW... cheers
