The weather around Dombås could be dodgey. But I guess you've run into that.

Where I live, we travel into dombas to savour the dry air.The potential to be nasty is always there though.

Decent into Dombås was horrid this year.
we stopped for a while at the feed station,
freezing cold and soaked through.
And bought extra merino base layers
I shudder when I see those town names.. :( -

I was looking at the temp profile on the Garmin link.
I ride those temps dry with non thermal 3/4 bib knicks, a compression t-shirt, and a long sleeved jersey. Totally different issue if its wet though.
For this I reckon thermal bibs, thick merino base T-shirt, and short sleeved jersey.
Then carry arm warmers, packable rain jacket, and knee warmers.
Thats based on riding light though.

Added merino long sleeve base layer after DombåsWell I cycle all year here. So I'm used to the shite climate. Believe me its worse on the coast. During the winter I can round a mountian and watch my thermometer drop 10c over the course of a few km. Its bonkers.
I'm just not used to such a long ride. My list looks like yours though. The local tactic of dealing with the climate is to throw wool at it. So I'll be following that. Instead of focusing on trrying to keep the water out. Focus on preparing to be wet.
I've ordered a largish saddle bag which hold everything I think I need. If we have car support, it can sit in the car, with esseintials in my jersey pockets. But I like the idea of packing in something I can mount on the bike either way.
My current list clothing:
Merino baselayer sleeveless (+spare).
Thermal bib shorts.
Short sleeved jersey.
Merino socks (+ spare pair).
Merino arm warmers.
Merino leg warmers.
Merino skull cap.
Merino buff.
Packable wind jacket.
Packable rain jacket.
waterproof over shoes.
fingerless mitts
silk glove linersLooks like a lot. But it all packs down small. So even in warm conditions, and without a car, I reckon It'll only partially spill into the saddle bag.

Started to sign up. But I need a start time.
Going on past results 20 - 24 hours seems more realistic.
I guess its more important that we all have the same start, than that we actually make our target.

My advice is to start as early as possible regardless of anything else.
I'm actually going to ride on my own this year as it works better for me (will try an get a forum cap though).

Well I had hoped for a 'giro' option, as I need to wait untill I get paid (15th) to actually pay. But its card only. So I've had to wait for now.
FWIW Under 20 hours was my blatant guess of a target.
I agree that as early as possible seems the best bet.

Use google translate for hurdy gurdy bits...
I've gone for 8:54am. With a view that I don't want to get sucked into going too fast with the faster people. Also it means that if I finish in 24hrs it will be 9am which is nice - worst case it takes 27hrs which is the cut-off for my start time.

This is my thinking with a 09:18 start.
I plan to attack the 1km mark, and maintain a lone lead, one man against the elements, to a glorious finish.
Well maybe not. But it seems smart to get as many kms under our tyres before nightfall. In current form I will collapse and die at kvam. But I'll work on that.
