I'm estimating the shipping- they said $70 for the tube, which has too be sent to a framebuilder (which is no problem as it'll go straight to Talbot).
This is significantly better than paying $500 plus shipping the frame to them for the repair.
Somewhat ironically the decal set is over 50% of the cost of the tube.
