My friend is looking for a track frame, around 53 or 54cm. She wants something nice, but not too flashy as she wants to be able to lock it up.
An older slightly ratty frame would be ideal.
Ideally it would be drilled for a front brake, nice geo, decent lugged steel.
She's in London so would be able to collect.
Budget around £300.
