Samuel Kirk, 26 of Billingshurst, has been charged with driving while disqualified and driving with no insurance. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Worthing Magistrates on Monday 30 September."

A 26-year-old man has been bailed for death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at a road collision, failing to report an accident, driving while being under the influence of drugs and causing a death while driving an unlicenced, uninsured car while being disqualified.

What a horrible fate to encounter someone in that condition.

It's unspeakably sad.
