I used Trainerroad last winter and found it a really useful training aid. For those that haven't tried it, it offers a great deal of data with which to monitor progress. It's not free, $10 a month, but you can put your subscription on hold during the warmer months.
Anyway, I know there are a few users on here, so I thought I'd post up somewhere to embrace the geekery :-)
