Put the dimensions in the list and I can get them made. In theory I can make one for a compression ring which is flush with the head tube, but it would basically be a washer :-)
brilliant, thanks - happy with the 2mm minimum too to keep things simple and I'll shim it - I've a feeling it's not quite flush but due to the massive HT I can't get the verniers in close enough.
Also see below↓, if you need to have the bottom of your stem less than 3mm from the top of your head tube, you're probably a: riding the wrong frame b: using the wrong stem or c: better off doing a Hesjedal and losing the bearing cover completely
The issue is too tall a headtube on a small bike; the Giant is an XS Avail and to get the same drop she has on the Trek with a -17° 80mm stem on a 17mm volcano we need to slam it and at least a -17° stem, possibly even more. I would ditch the bearing cover but its a winter bike so I'd like all the weather protection it can get.
We did try for a custom frame last year but it all went a bit wrong and the Avail was the only otp we could find with a short enough top tube, proper sized wheels and ability to take full fit mud guards.

Enough rambling, the list:
