Hello.
A friend of mine just got a ST64cm Mercier (yea, that big ahah)
He aims to restore it to it's prime and asked for help to try and ID the steel the frameset is made from (pure curiosity as the sticker is all but torned out) and decade. Has no serial that we could attest, and has a jumble of components. Below the link of some pics of details in the bike.
