Geared Beater (55cm-60cm)... W.H.Y

Looking for a single speed, fixed gear or geared full bike budget is around £250 posted/+postage to glasgow :) Anything between 55cm-60cm should be fine.. Need one for getting to uni so let me know what you have!

Seat post 22.5" CTT, SR Royal track chainset, unknown headset, Mafac BB, Dura Ace front brake. Seatpost will depend how tall you are, I have some nice Campag ones but they will need to have a bit exposed. http://campagnolo.wikispaces.com/C-Record+Seatpost like this or others, or a modern Miche. Wheels, front off a Fuji (?) track bike but with braking surface the rear is an On One flip flop hub, both wheels black, with tubes and tyres. Price depends on what bits you want. But I guess cheapest £200, more if you want the better bits + postage
