I'm new to road brakes. I think the pads I got with some Tektro calipers are munching my rims. So, could someone tell me what pattern/shape these are and recommend a compatible pad that will work in the wet and dry (with alloy rims) and that wont grind through my rims at quite such a rate. Thanks!
