    1. The default assumption from a cyclists point of view (rightly, or wrongly), when a vehicle bips, waves, flashes, or shouts, is one of confrontation. Although I have recently taken to infer that any vehicle trying to catch my attention is doing so because my arse looks fab in baggy shorts.
    1. Use of mobile devices is illegal, even when stopped in traffic.
