I have updated the original post with the new list of stuff based on recommendations (thanks everyone)
I've left the rack off the price list for now as it's a non essential item, I can get that at a later date once the bike is built.
Also prices are if I buy brand new, I'm hoping I can source some stuff second hand to keep costs down.
