a close affair ,but given the choice of three points in the league or a carling cup berth i would definately choose the former
just one mistake in it
lucas looked terrible sluggish lacking any energy at all, suarez and sturridge just a few feet out of synch, hopefully that will come with a few more games together, sakho looks good but a bit eager to get rid of the ball, his passes are almost one touch and put pressure on the player he does the short pass to.
once again i wasn't in my lucky seat at the manbey ... coincidence, i think not
