(I'm glad that when I was 16 the internet did not exist and I could ride ludicrous & back-breaking geometry without a host of arm-chair bike fitters taking the piss!)
Back then your only reference was pro-bikes in magazines and how you and your mates set up the bikes they'd long since grown out of. I was reminded of those days a few months back when I found a 150mm Eclypse stem in my shed....
