Campagnolo Shamal TUBULAR(yes not for tyres and tubes) wheel set.
16 spoke front and rear.
130mm rear spacing
100 mm front spacing
Now the BAD part.
There is a nasty ding in the rear rim where the Columbus decal is but is suprisingly still spins true and there a cracks around most of the spoke holes in the front and rear rim(see pics)
Hence for sale as for spares/repair (maybe you have a set at home that need spokes or a hub/axle etc) as you can use the hubs-spokes-axle etc and there is an 8 speed 12-21 cassette and lock ring.
Also the skewers are shimano.
