Likewise, Wiggle aren't the worst culprit, but UKmail are terrible (I'm sure they give wiggle a good rate!) and communicating with Wiggle (or anyone for that matter) only through email is awful and inefficient. I've had a few issues with web only companies in which it's taken days/weeks to get things sorted where a simple phone call would have cleared it up in a few minutes.
