Good luck, we have the as in *the* Park tool kit at work and there isn't one of these in it.
Longer established shops would be my suggestion.

Punch and hammer, and if that doesn't work try a punch and a bigger hammer.

Exactly same issue here. I was going to try the 1 prong hook spanner or a flathead & hammer. Let me know if you find one as I'll be stripping my bike down end of the month.

I found this in the depths of my toolbox.
Pretty sure I bought it when I was looking for a freewheel tool, but it obviously didn't fit as it hasn't been used.
It measures 41mm across the pins.
If it's any good to you, I can post it for a fiver.

thanks for your helpful reply and it looks just the ticket but if only it were 31mm on the diameter, what you have I believe is a BMX b/bracket cup remover for a 3 piece crank same design for what I need but for oversize b/brackets....

Hey ho...
I have an older Saracen road bike with a standard square taper cartridge bottom bracket that requires a four pin removal tool, I've never come across this type of cup before can anyone point me as to where I can get hold of the correct removal tool?.....I've tried Googling and the online stores but no joy, the picture shows the style of remover needed
