It would seem they look very similar. The Serfas isn't as bulky though, and from the pictures it looks like you need a mount to fit the Moon...the Serfas one you just have the elastic straps.
Personally i like that you can just rubber band it on and off and the fact it looks a bit more sleek, but that's up to you.
