oh! - merely that i'm intending to place embroidered badges (think Cub Scouts) over all of the GORE Bike Wear logos placed on my clothing attire!

How warm is it? Is it basically just the windproof membrane, or is it bonded to a warmer layer?

I've only worn it with a base layer underneath in the winter and it was plenty warm enough.
