Chinese carbon is cheap enough on eBay.
Most carbon rims come from the far east- I'm sure Varno can confirm that.
Clincher 88mm wheelset comes at £325:

Youre right but there can be a big difference between Chinese and Tiawan sourced carbon. Weve tried both and the rims we use come from the same factory source as the other better quality wheel manufacturers...Buy cheap buy twice im afraid....

On carbon they are all black Sapim on our basic wheels silver...
Reason for this is simple we use really strong nipples to build our wheels and sometimes coloured imported nipples are not as strong.
Looking for ideally a full set of carbon clincher 88mm track wheels for my langster, but could go with just rear as my rear wheel getting a bit tatty.
