Rallys are a bit crap Conti Giro's aren't much better
They're also a bit of a false economy IMHO. If you go for tubs with removable valve cores and fill 'em with Stans you don't have to worry about punctures.
Schwalbes (Montello) are pretty good as are Conti Sprinters. I keep meaning to try Challenge Volcano's too as they can be bought for cheaps.
If you are using them brklz I'd advise against tape, I tore the valve out of a corsa evo due to slippage between tub & tape doing epic skidz
