I think I read somewhere that it needs to be 30% different from the original.

Hmm, don't think we can use it if you didn't create it.

If we're not selling the shirt, rather commissioning it to be made, then surely the only reprocussion we could potentially suffer would be not being allowed to wear it in public? - and that would take the creator finding us all...

Also recent changes to internet image laws mean that if the image has no meta data and a search for Weuser2012 doesn't help you in your effort to find the creator ( I just searched but would search for longer before saying I couldn't find them for sure..) then you can use the image
