I know a couple of people 'on here' IRL that don't know I'm 'on here'.

All four of my bikes are in some way broken/unrideable. One's been knackered since July, one August, and two since last week.

If this was The A Team you'd weld them together into a ridable uberbike

This happens to me all the time, it's really hard for me to be arsed fixing a puncture when I can just grab the next bike along...

With my stashing my bike collection at work bizzo, I just realized I got away with hiding 2 bikes in my room without my flatmate knowing, for the past 5 months.
n = number of bikes you think I own
n + 2 = number of bikes I actually own -

I know right, hence the confession thread.
The two road bikes are easily fixable, I'm just lazy.

Yeah I'm full of first world problems as well, today for example:
"I'm taking a few weeks off work so I woke up late today, now I don't have time to go to the bike shop and bake a lovely cake and write an article about Kenyan racing and fix up my Daccordi."
Fixing bikes with another person can make it more enjoyable if you're both into it. Where are you based?

The middle of the countryside. I need to order some stuff too, I'll get it done this week.
SS Road - find crank nut, attach crank
Geared Road - fix puncture, order new tubes.
XC MTB - order new chainring, cassette, jockey wheels, BB, chain. Fix puncture.
FS MTB - service forks :(, dissassemble linkages, replace bearings. Fix puncture. -

Fix punctures whilst watching TV.
Order parts when TV gets boring. -

I now remember the cranknut was lost when the crank fell off going up the road, and that I failed to find it. Need new crank nut. Punctures will be fixed, and parts will be ordered.

Today I tried to film my own legs from the side while riding fixed. Needless to say I nearly died.

I'm considering fitting mudguards.

Shaved my legs. Not for go fasterness but because I like the aesthetics.
