This is what £60 and some soldering got me. Granted they do need a battery pack to run but it's so small that it's cable tied under the seat. The wire then runs down the seat post and under the frame, alongside the brake cable, and is ready to be plugged in as and when needed. The lights themselves have the usual rubber band to mount, so pop on and off as easily as any other.
