"This is my personal track bike. It’s got a very strange frame design which I have not seen anywhere else, note that the bottom bracket hangs below the frame. No collector to date has seen one like this so it may be a one off. Also, the chainstay is a Cinelli fork crown and strait fork blades. The tubing on this is Ghibli with shaped tubes."

I wonder why the BB hangs below the frame, anyone got any ideas?
