After getting through the opening I just drove around exploring for an hour. Took a quad bike to the top of Mt Chiliad (at one point getting jumped by a cougar and plummeting off the edge) then rode a dirt bike back down after bottling the base jump off the cable car station. Pretty amazing. Don't know how I'm gonna cope with all the other shit I've got on my plate at the moment.
On the downside, I'm having some serious pop-up issues on the PS3. Even things like barriers across car parks suddenly appearing just before you smash through them. When on the bike I hit a kiosk at the side of the road that appeared out of nowhere.
Guess I could just hold on for a next-gen/PC version. Or maybe not.
