Oh, I meant RoadRacers might just fit if I switch to 28c tyres. Currently fitted are 30c Schwalbe CXPro.

Raceblades are the most pointless of mudguards IMO.
I guess Crud Road Racers might just fit.
No. Ass Savers are the most pointless mudguards.

I do get the cool hybrid thing, but the fact is put drops on the serotta and its perfect!

mechanical_vandal: What is that between the saddle and the frame? I've seen that at more bikes on this forum.
Verbs & Nouns: Oh now that is a decent bike. I agree with Mikey about the drops. Would be perfect. Wheels look great.

i don't really agree. i ride most of my bikes with risers or north-road bars. drops do have the cliched aesthetic we are accustomed to.....but without any of the ergonomic advantages...... flat, risers or north-road are fast, functional and comfortable. go with what works.

its a lock, a chain inside an inner-tube..... keep your saddle a little longer.

I have ridden loads of different bars too, risers, flat, pursuit, midge, many a drop etc. Just saying if you have spent the money and have everything else pretty much road spec with road geometry, I am sure the person could find a road bar which is comfortable for them. Road bars are no cliché, they are comfortable with a range of hand positions and obviously proven fast on the road. blah blah blah still a nice bike.

It's easy to swap bars over, so drops could always be installed at a later date. I have never really gotten of with drops, tried many times, just not my thing. I guess you have to go with what works for you. The bike looks practical for city use. I would ride the hell out of it.

I dig it! Aside from the pedals, but I have a general dislike for multicoloured pedals. Aside from that, fucking rad

Have no intention of selling as it's a real nice frame and it fits me. One day it might even get a proper paint job.

Looks great! Always good to see practicality come second to radicality!
What tyres are those? Ones I'm using at the moment are fucking dire in the rain.
