Anyone lost a black Serotta (carbon I think) with TT bars in Walthamstow area? Looked a pretty serious bike to be riding without lights, weaving in and out of traffic on Hoe St about 8.30pm. Trainers + clipless pedals, jeans and hoody. I couldn't keep up with him so apologies to the rider if it's not stolen, nice machine...
