Just under Marble Arch itself will do. :)
I'd say it would be a little difficult to ride that far through Central London--if we wanted to do that, we should take the train out somewhere and ride back in towards Harrow. I'd be quite happy to devise a decent route to Harrow from Marble Arch, though.
