I've used them/him..
I needed to get some pedals off some cranks urgently and didn't have any tools at work. As the cranks weren't attached to a bike I also figured I might need a vice to get them off...
Anyway, he turned up at my office the same afternoon with a massive allen key (he had a bike trailer full of tools and spares), nearly knocked himself out when they finally came loose - then refused to charge me anything!
Would use again...
