^^ I've had a Joe Blow and it worked well. It's now with my dad. Still hasn't broken 3-4 years on.
I bought a Silca to replace it as it's a "pump for life" type pump. It's made of nicer parts has cool colours, but I don't think it's actually any better at pumping.
Someone here said something like; "the best pump is the one you don't let anyone else use". I think that's pretty true.
