Dude on a purple roadbike with dt shifters in all black gear and a cap threw the hammer down on the randoms in regents this morning. Did not look bothered at all what so ever doing 26mph. Then a nice couple dassed me on Essex and Canonbury despite my not on here appearance!

One of my favourite things about cycling is that you occasionally find absolute beastmode guys on the road. I once span out trying to draft a guy on a Ribble audax bike with 2 panniers pulling 26+ all the way along embankment and making it look like a walk in the park.

a couple of weeks ago I got destroyed by a middle aged guy riding a fixed condor with 2 brakes while I was on my road bike. He dropped me going over Waterloo Bridge then set off faster than me at the lights and dropped me completely.

Forum cap and orange Graham Weigh, about 20 minutes ago in Kris Wines on York Way.

I was sans bike in an orange jacket on my way to the overground. Couldn't bring myself to go on a date wearing shorts and soaked to the bone.

Spotted a gal with front break on a grey fixie. I think a graham weigh. Essex road yesterday. Said sup at the lights. Had on a baseball cap. I was on the grey Jamis with super low stem and drops.

I spotted someone outside going along the Embankment. Black bike (I think, but it was dark :) ), fixed, deep rim rear wheel. I was standing on the central reservation and you did a double take when you saw me, so maybe *on here*?

And, yes, a wonderful evening.
