Picos de Europa indeed. Top driving and cycling location. I organised a 2 week tour starting in Santander (ferry over for the UKers, driving for the continentalists) which then went into Picos, then down the Pyrennees, and then a quick blast through France via Millau to get to Le Mans in time for the Classic Le Mans. Picos de Europa was some of the best driving on the whole tour.
