Wow.. alot happens in 12 hours.. I met ChrisPeacock this morning for a few beater bits, and the lad was nice, intellegent and genuine, a pleasure to meet, and while talking he mentioned that he had this other project.
I congradualted him on being proactive, god knows I wasn't that proactive when I was his age.

I thought I'd come and have a look at the thread, he's mentioned he's got a bit of slack for the product not being professional and I said "just look at it as a product you can improve" and he agreed.
I can see why this has spiraled out of control.... ChrisPeacock wants to do something to help but has reacted badly to lfgss feedback and then tried to hold face by acting strong and chucking insults around...
I remember when I used to write / say the first thing that used to pop into my head and it always got me into trouble......

I'm not saying people should accept him speaking this way, not at all, but it's obviously an emotional subject for him and I do think that the one comment, something about "how do we even know this is going to charity, is there really an uncle", was a bit below the belt....

The lad is a nice guy, chilled and intelligent but that isn't coming across here.
If you forgive his mistakes I'm sure he'd be a valuable proactive member of the forum.
