It's not that hard to build a bike - just give yourself loads of time and make sure you have all the right tools. Measure everything twice and if in doubt cut things like cables a little long, you can always trim them a little.
What group are you putting on it?
Also - if the frame has internal cabling without sleeves or guides, I wouldn't bother doing that part yourself- such a PITA to do at first (once the cables are in you can replace / use the old ones as a guide, but the initial install can be literally hours of fucking about).
