There has been a little debate amongst cycle trainers whether to encourage people to start with their right foot where the person is a new rider. I find that even from the beginning of a persons riding life they seem to find one side easier. Can't really explain this bias. Rameye hinted it's to do with the culture/country where people learn to ride. Any theories why most of us clearly have a preference?
